A brand kit is the collection of visual and creative assets that define how your brand looks and sounds. In our AI video system, your brand kit tells Pictory — the AI engine we use — exactly how to style every video we generate for you.
Once your brand kit is set up, every video carries your logo as an overlay, uses your brand colors in text treatments and accents, and draws from the visual style you describe below when selecting stock footage. You go from a generic AI video to your video — without doing any of the editing yourself.
Fill in what you have. Your logo and color codes are the most impactful. The visual notes and tone description help us get the stock footage and music feeling right for your brand.
Upload your logo — PNG with a transparent background works best. This will be stored in your project and used to set up your brand kit. Recommended: at least 400px wide, under 2MB.
Your main brand color — used for text accents and overlays in generated videos.
A supporting color for backgrounds or secondary text elements.
Describe the kinds of scenes, settings, and stock footage that feel on-brand for you. Pictory matches video clips to each sentence in your script based on keywords — the more context you give here, the better those clip choices will be. Think about: environments your customers are typically in, the mood and energy of your brand, settings that feel right (modern office, outdoor, luxury retail, warm and human, clean and minimal, etc.), and anything you want to avoid.
How would you describe your brand's personality and communication style? This helps inform music selection and script style. A few words or a couple of sentences is plenty — think of it as a quick creative brief.
Write what you want your video to say and show. Be specific — mention your brand, your audience, and the message you want to deliver. Pictory's AI will turn this into a video.
