Objective: Design a tool for standardized training of pharmacy staff on new patient care protocols at Rite Aid store locations nationwide.
Outcome: 5x7 Video card with 4.3” Screen that would play training video when opened. Video explained new protocol for interacting and caring for customers in a pharmacy setting. Video card would be available for any new hires without the need to access a computer or watch on a mobile device.
