fulfilled, and delivered. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing Times
✓ Standard Processing Time: Samples can take 3–5 business days for non-custom
items. We normally ship by priority 2 -3 day mail.
✓ Custom Orders: Production begins after final artwork and/or audio approval. Custom
product lead times vary and typically range from 15-20 business days, unless otherwise
specified in your order confirmation.
✓ Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via reputable carriers, including:

✓ USPS
✓ DHL
Shipping method is selected based on product size, destination, and urgency. You may also
request a preferred carrier at checkout or during custom order consultation.

For custom orders, shipping will be quoted and billed with your invoice unless otherwise
arranged.
Domestic & International Shipping

✓ International: Delivery timelines vary by country. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are
the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international courier services.

Tracking updates may vary depending on the carrier system.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window:

responsible for:
✓ Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
✓ Re-shipping fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Large orders may ship via freight or require multiple cartons. Shipping arrangements for
wholesale accounts will be coordinated at the time of invoice and confirmed in writing.
